The Reader’s Forum is the first established component of the COGIC Women's Book Club. It was launched in May 2017 at the COGIC Women’s International Convention, in Orlando, Florida. The Reader’s Forum was established to encourage women of the Church of God in Christ to become more avid readers.

Every 2nd Monday of the month, book enthusiasts join to discuss books of all genres by COGIC and non-COGIC authors during monthly discussion calls. Authors frequently join the call to speak directly with the participants and to answer any questions the reader may have regarding their book.
